Payments-we operate on COD, that means, payment on completion of the job.  In some circumstances we do operate with seven (7) account but these are strictly on an ‘application’ bases.

Warranties &General Terms & Conditions:

Termites: We offer a Five (5) year warranty for Termites (refer PDF-Termites AS3660) subject to annual inspects.

General Pests: We offer a One(1) year for General Pests(refer PDF-Pest Management Program).

Insurance & Claims:

We can offer Timber Safe Timber Sure Warranty which provides up to $100,000 for subterranean termite damage.  Please refer to our office for full details.
